This agreement describes the terms and conditions under which Beauty Surf (Remote Factor Ltd) offers you access to its products and delivery service, tools and systems. Upon using this site you agree and accept the terms of this agreement as well as the main T&Cs.
Beauty Surf (Remote Factor Ltd) Products and Delivery
Orders and Delivery
Following a Customer’s product order placement at www.beautysurf.co.uk:
Beauty Surf (Remote Factor Ltd) shall be responsible for the delivery of the order and the customer shall reimburse Beauty Surf (Remote Factor Ltd) for the product and shipping expenses. The risk for loss of products during delivery shall lie with Beauty Surf (Remote Factor Ltd).
Beauty Surf (Remote Factor Ltd) shall make sure that the order will be despatched within 72 hours as from the time the client placed the order.
Beauty Surf (Remote Factor Ltd) Ltd shall inform the customer of any problems that could reasonably be expected which can prevent Beauty Surf (Remote Factor Ltd) from providing deliveries of Products within the defined timetable.
Beauty Surf (Remote Factor Ltd) shall inform the Customer if for any reason it cannot supply the Order; the client may decide whether to cancel the entire order, or to cancel part of the order provided that such part of the order had not been yet sent.
Beauty Surf (Remote Factor Ltd) will not use any Customer’s details for any purpose other than fulfilment of their order.
Payment
The Customer shall make a payment on Beauty Surf (Remote Factor Ltd) account. Orders are required to be fully paid before the orders are shipped, unless previously agreed with Beauty Surf (Remote Factor Ltd).
The responsibility of ensuring the orders are fully paid shall lie solely with the Customer.
Returns and damaged Products
Beauty Surf (Remote Factor Ltd) hereby undertakes to act according to the “Return Policy” set forth below:
Return of Products
The Customers are entitled to return Products for any reason within 28 days from receiving them, provided that the Customer shall (a) inform Beauty Surf (Remote Factor Ltd)’s Customer Services and (b) shall ship the Products back, all in their original packaging and with no harm.
In such case, Beauty Surf (Remote Factor Ltd) will refund the Customers the amount paid by them directly for the returned Products, upon receipt of the returned goods in its original packaging and undamaged. The customer will be responsible for any return costs.
Undelivered Orders
If the customer fails to collect their order from a collection point, or if the customer address is either incorrect or the address not accessible, the item may be returned to Beauty Surf (Remote Factor Ltd).
In this instance, only the value of product(s) supplied will be refunded MINUS the return postage costs incurred by Beauty Surf (Remote Factor Ltd).
Damaged Products
The Customer shall notify Beauty Surf (Remote Factor Ltd) immediately regarding a Damaged Product with photographic evidence if possible.
All products are 100% original and sourced from the leading European Wholesalers. Any customers that claim against this can return the items in its full original packaging, for investigation. Should the item be unsatisfactory we will refund the Customer all monies including return costs up to a maximum of £3. If the item which has been returned is fine and as it should be, the product will be returned to the Customer and a charge of £9 will be applied for postage and repackaging.
Beauty Surf (Remote Factor Ltd) shall be solely in charge of checking the returned Damaged Products. The Customer shall be responsible to deliver Beauty Surf (Remote Factor Ltd) the Damaged Product in the very same state they received it including all packaging.
Beauty Surf (Remote Factor Ltd) shall reimburse the Customer or replace any item that arrived damaged or in bad condition to the Customer. Any return postage costs up to a maximum of £3 will be refunded.
Beauty Surf (Remote Factor Ltd) sends all packages via a fully tracked service. The tracking numbers are sent onto the customer after the dispatch of the item(s) Beauty Surf (Remote Factor Ltd), for the avoidance of doubt, will take the confirmed tracking of final delivery to the address stated on the order as 100% correct and final. Any disputes for this will be considered Beauty Surf (Remote Factor Ltd).
